In my opinion, the one thing that killed the Pajero in the states, was not importing the soft top version. The soft top was a huge success around the world, why did they not bring it here. It's a shame that they want to compete with the Jeep NOW when they had the chance 20 years ago. But hindsight is always 20/20.
On a side not but related, I'm kinda getting sick of all the manufactures telling us we dont want 2 door vehicles in America. Build 2 door models and people will buy them. Not everyone has a family and a dog and needs 4 doors.
