I tore down my waggy d44 tot he bare housing today. Time to order new seals, bearings and ball joints. Will post pics soon when i can. I pulled the trigger after a lot of reading and bought a trac lock LSD carrier from an Isuzu Amigo rear d44 and it fits like a glove! The unit seemed very tight before i pulled it at the yard. Im keeping this low budget so ill think about a better traction aid in the future if necessary.

So i will be going leaf spring set up. I have never done a sas before, this is actually my first ever build. Any tips on leaf set up to get some good flex?
