I started inspecting the '86 for fueling issues. I found a few "I.D.G.A.F" items, and by that, it appears somebody didn't really spend a few minutes thinking this through. One of the leak/spew/spray points was on the pressure line by the gas tank. Reused a spring clamp between the fuel injection hose off the pump to the hard line? I double clamped that one and also used the spring clamp, so there's now three on that connection


That would be me and Clay on that, we switched jobs halfway through and that was the result. I did tell you to give it a once over. But i didn't put clamps on some of the hydraulic fittings because we were short on clamps (at least i couldn't find them) and i figure'd at least those would be OK.
