If the oil pan is touching, you need to make some sort of permanent modification to fix it, or you're going to end up with a hole worn through your oil pan. Some shims under the engine mounts might give you just enough clearance. Is there enough room to hammer some clearance into the pan if you jack the engine up?

I suppose you could always just leave it as-is and wait for it to wear through, then pull the oil pan off and section it properly.
