Feels good to actually have a plate on the '86 that's current. Those 'Historic Vehicle' plates are made with some real metal, too, just like the old style with raised and painted letters instead of those laser-etched ones for all the other plates (or whatever they are).

Ordered a fan spacer to get the fan closer to the radiator before I put the shroud on. Even without either of those, the temp never got close to half way, and it's been close to 90 lately here.

HoseB put the back seat back in and cleaned up the interior today. He is the eventual target buyer, so I'm letting him borrow it for work this week to remind him of how fun it is...hint, hint.

I guess I'll try the spacer idea under the motor mounts. Eventually it's going to need a/c, and that really just involves having a shop make two new hoses, putting in a new receiver-dryer and orifice tube and converting the set-up to R-134a.

Truck is running pretty good, for which I'm happy and grateful for all the help along the way.
