We could do a similar thing to run the V5MT1 bellhousing on the Toyota 5 speed i'm assuming?

I would think so just need to size it up for the adapter you make for the bolt pattern.

So the trans is done, just looking for the best fluid to run in the gearbox/trans case, I goggle searched and now I am pretty confused on all the sh*t from random forums. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/zombie.gif" alt="" />
I read bad things about stock fluid and bad on alternative's.

Your work truly is amazing. I blew up my KM145, and this is before the turbo. I went through all hell trying to find a used one. All were shot. I had to save up 750 to by a Kormex... I would have much rather sent that to you.

If you ever plan on making more to sell... count me in. I don't need it, but want it. I, like you, want to run a dsm motor, and it will be a matter of a few short years before it blows again, and finding a replacement tranny now was hard, add 5 years.

88 Montero, StarQuest turbo, Kormex 5speed +tuff-pan w/phoenix f. stage2 clutch, 4in lift+33' tires, 4.875 lsd, short-throw shifter, Aisin hubs, SR big brakes, gen2 uca's, elantra alt, and so much more... 16g turbo w/hardpipes + 4.90 locking disk-brake axle soon (maybe lsd or aussie front??)
