I'd answer you man, its no secret that I'm not short of words- I just don't *know*. If I were you I'd be taking some sandpaper to those pully's, especially the one that's chirping, and also inspect your belts for glazing of any sort, and do some googling for tried and true methods. But get that pully roughed up so that there's no sheen on it, just dull metal and try again.
