I've got a similar compressor with the same issue (Masterflow MF-1050) which has it's own proprietary connectors as well, and adapters won't work. From what I've read so far, the only way to remedy this is to tap the head to accept an NPT fitting to use standard hose connections for both the output, the gauge (should you want to replace it, mine is junk) and the intake filter. I'm going to be trying this soon on mine as my hose is starting to show some wear, and could be a tad longer. Along with some other mods to help it run a bit cooler.
