Hey guys it has been way to long since I've posted anything, however I have been stopping buy once in a while to see whats going on.
Well my issue this time is my 86 4runner 22rec 5 speed manual, I lock the hubs in engage the transfer case yet no light on dash and no drive to the front axles. Stopped on ice last night and spun the tires while watching the front, no-go. Never had a problem with it until now. Come to think I had a friend replace the clutch back in the summer. Any ideas? they sure will be appreciated. Thanks.


Likely the t-case shifter was not stabbed back into the t-case in the right spot. I find I do that about half the time I have that shifter out. Best to shift into 4H, pull the shifter and look at the shift rails, should be like below:

If not, shove both forward until the slots line up and then put the shifter into those lined up slots.
