Thanks. Trying to do the whole KISS methodology on this design.

My friend Mike is a Navy certified welder (underwater, etc) and he welded it using an Arc welder we borrowed for the day from Carlos. This was built using a simple section of C-channel angle iron that was already the correct length which I then cut the corners off to fit in the space available. After welding it in place, we re-enforced with triangles of 1/4' plate I bought from OSH and cut into a square then triangles. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/kewl.gif" alt="" />

Did you build the bumper itself or is it a premade unit?
Im thinking of getting a hydro tube bender from harbor fright and making my own. I like this design you have.
