Did you build the bumper itself or is it a premade unit?
Im thinking of getting a hydro tube bender from harbor fright and making my own. I like this design you have.

The bumper is a Smittybilt clone... Literally identical to the smittybilt.

Is there a part# for this one that you know of?
I like how you renforced it also.

We essentially chopped back the frame horns to the stock mounting holes and then plated them all around and back to the rest of the frame using cut to match 1/4-3/8" plate.

I don't know the smittybilt part number but IIRC, it's for the Jeep JK. You can easily tell though because their bumpers differ from model to model. The JK front mounts to a flat surface on the front of the rig rather than down the sides of the frame rails like our bumpers.

I'll have to doublecheck my rear bumper to see how it mounts up but IIRC it mounts on the sides of the frame rails unlike the front bumpers. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/kewl.gif" alt="" />
