Got the Body lift installed. Overall it's a pretty straight forward job and doesn't take much time. A helper comes in pretty handy though. These are the details if anybody is interested. - 94 SR Monty - D12 kit with standard Hardware - 12 2" Body mounts
Preparation:
-remove rear bumper -remove fuel filler bracket (10MM bolt) -remove a few bolts where the fuel lines cross from frame to body on the center underside of vehicle (maybe not necessary as I was able to reinstall these after the lift)
1. Remove the nuts on all twelve body mounts and took the bolts out on one side of the body.
2. Using a standard middle of the road floor jack and a 2 foot length of 2x4 jack up the body from the middle of one side of the body. There's a pretty good spot all along the bottom edge of the body to jack on.
3. lift the body high enough to place the 2" spacers. pretty much had to max out the the floor jack on the first side to accomplish this. Note: to remove the bolt from the front most body mount on each side you have to remove the rubber mounting pad first (two bolts on the bottom of the pad) then the bolt can be removed at an angle.
4. Place new bolts through the body mounts and spin the nuts on if possible hand tight.
5. Lower the body and repeat process on the other side.
6. Then go around and tighten all the BM down while a helper holds a wrench on the top side.
Note: As you lift the body make sure to massage the brake lines in the front through the holes in the wheel well.
Also do not interchange the old and new hardware they have a different pitch or something.
See above about Radiator mods.
