Hi, Mike. Thanks for checking in. I gave up trying to be a bike ride many years ago because back problems hindered the weight [censored].

Even tried ATV. 3 checked ribs later I opted for four wheels and a roll cage.

Was reading recently something about sleep and DNA. Appears there is a connection between sleep and a specific gene where a few people do get less than 5-6 hours where the majority need 7-8 plus hours of sleep.

Don't recall article specifics but was interested in how the medical establishment is assuming more links between various disorders and genetics.
