"Hopefully," I'll have a first-hand report of the 2.4 (from a 1990 Mighty Max, eight valve) in my '86 in a week or two. It runs, just not real well yet. With as many hassles as it has been, at least it was a bolt up and gave me the opportunity to ditch the three speed Torque Flite auto for the KM-148. For now I'm keeping the too-tall '86 differential gears but I have a set of 4.625's for when the time comes, like when I reboot the half shafts and everything else is ripped apart anyway.
