The power ratings I could find on the old interwebs show a couple of 2.4l power outputs (16V of course)

2.4l 132hp @ 5500 148lbs/ft @ 2750 Montero Sport
2.4l 141HP @ 5500 148lbs/ft @ 3000 Galant (narrow block)
2.4l 145HP @ 5500 152lbs/ft 2 2750 GCC Pajero

3.0l 151hp @ 5000 174lbs/ft @ 3600 94 12v

It seems the 4 banger produces torque at a lower RPM. It would be interesting to see the dyno charts for both to see how they line up.

It may be a cam and compression difference between the 2.4l variants.

Can someone confirm the 3.0 output? I have seen everything from 141 to 151 for HP and very few torque figures.
