weld on 4 evenly spaced 1" x 1/2" tabs on the bottom of the bumper so your highlift won't slide out from under it while jacking. As for frame reinforcing, just change the mounting "horns" to something more usable. The loops on top for the stock bumper won't hold up to anything the rest is ok for general use.
