Slots or other provision for using the hi-lift to lift via the front bumper good idea. IMO not a god place to mount for carrying or stowage. You will already be adding quite a bit of weight up there with the bumper plus winch. Adding more will affect handling. I did not like the way my 95 handled after adding an ARB to the front. My 89 fared a lot better with own bumber that was slimmer and lighter and added synthetic cable to lighten the weight of the winch.
