Getting the Wheeling Fever

Here's the first revision. I added High Lift jacking points and have gussets on them for strength. Let me know if you guys have any more ideas. I'm going to be cleaning the design up this week and hopefully be burning it out next weekend. Also, the holes for the lights are for 3" round lights. I might make them bigger, I haven't decided yet. ![[Linked Image]](http://www.supermotors.net/getfile/1011463/fullsize/bumper-final-assy1.jpg)

Now I just have to get the bumper laser cut. If anyone wants any drawings or part files, just PM me. Hopefully I will have some bumper pics in the next couple weeks.

Fully agree with Justice on exterior mounting of Hi-lift, but for another reason. Have seen some jeepers with exterior mounted ones go to use them and the spring breaks, even with the cover on them. When you say gusset the hi-lift hole, is that just a square with a matching hole welded inside to make that thicker?

The high lift jacking point is at the bottom of the bumper where the two holes are. I bent in that tab then reinforced it with two triangle gussets on both sides. As soon as I get to my computer I will post a picture.
