I added High Lift jacking points and have gussets on them for strength. Let me know if you guys have any more ideas. I'm going to be cleaning the design up this week and hopefully be burning it out next weekend. Also, the holes for the lights are for 3" round lights. Now I just have to get the bumper laser cut. If anyone wants any drawings or part files, just PM me. Have seen some jeepers with exterior mounted ones go to use them and the spring breaks, even with the cover on them. When you say gusset the hi-lift hole, is that just a square with a matching hole welded inside to make that thicker? Re: New front bumper build. I bent in that tab then reinforced it with two triangle gussets on both sides.
