I checked the fuses in the fuse panel inside the truck. I was having a hard time locating a fusible link under the hood but I will check and recheck.

I checked for power at the horn itself and my test light would barley light up and then get dimmer and dimmer. There must be a short somewhere partly interfering or an open circuit or something.
