I imagine it'll be disc or like the old Sports, I saw an '04 sport that had huge brakes on front (16" wheels to clear the calipers) and drums rear. Who knows, not a deal breaker for me especially if the '00-'04 rear axles bolt up.

Well at least everyone's got rack steering now, so hopefully ours will just be better than Nissan and Toyota. The one good thing is that now that the steering is more like the others it may open the doors to big TREs. Remember how our current TREs have that curve to them making them nearly impossible to upgrade.

It looks like you could at least upgrade to straight TREs because of how it's designed.
As for struts, I'm on board I don't like T-bars. The new setup looks more upgradeable than the old style. LT pointed out that since the new Sport/L200 platform rides on struts the front frame should be stronger than the old Sport frame for future SAS action. SAS on coilovers or ORI struts <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/kewl.gif" alt="" />

I don't see any struts? Looks like a standard coil over shock setup.
