Well, after a restless night I got up this morning with a clearer head. According to kiatechinfo.com you can't disassemble the cv joint on the wheel side.
YouTube to the rescue.
All I had to do was tap the back of the cv joint with a hammer and of it came off.
Then slip on the boot, tighten the strap.
Fill the cv joint with the grease in the kit. Work the grease in by moving the cv around.
Put the cv back on the drive shaft and tap it back on with a hammer.
There you go.
Overall it wasn't too hard.
