I used a drill bit for the "pin" this pic is after the tension was set and then checking after rotating crank 360 degrees.

This is where I ended tonight, almost there. Need to bolt the battery tray back in,install batt, put air cleaner and pipe on and tighten the exhaust flanges....hope it starts.
