SO turns out another SR is falling into my lap and I just cant pass it up. It's a 96 with around 150,000 on it. The motor is siezed or something don't know for sure but for the price ($600) I dont care much. My 94 is a bit rougher than the 96 but does have a functioning engine. So looks like I'll be swapping the engines and I'll have to swap the BL over to the 96. I'm pretty excited about all the possibilities. One question I have is about doing the swap. Previously I pulled just the engine on the 94 and it was a bit of a pain getting to all the bell housing bolts. Does anybody have any recomendations on pulling the engine/tranny/transfercase as one unit? is it possible. There's not a whole lot of space in the engine compartment and I haven't done this before. Any comments would be appreciated. Thanks.
