(corect my number if wrong please). If I'm not mistaken, the Sports with the 2.4L were only 2 wheel drive, but if they do have the V5MT1 transmissions, this could be a source for a detachable bellhousing in which case the V6 Montero (not sport) 5 speeds which are V5MT1 would be a fab-up possibility. Would need the T-Case also, probably custom drive shafts... The KM145 without t-case weighs right around 100 pounds packaged for shipping. I've sent a few.
