Timing is correct for both heads. I am getting ready to dive into the timing cover today to look at the crank again.

I did not have to hold my cam sprockets on the passenger side when installing the timing belt. This leads me to think I swapped my cam shafts. That would explain why timing is correct on the belt but it won't run.
