OK who's in? I'm going to text all you Az Crewers too... Let me know, i will take your money in my Paypal account then i will front the purchase with MY money. This way if there are any issues it's only my money on the line, If anything goes awry none of you guys will be at a loss. It'll be fine i'm sure but i'll assume the risk because i'm cool like that <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />
I do however think that the bumpers will come equipped for Gen 2 2.8L trucks, this means you will have to read the write up here on the 4x4 wire and make the necessary modifications to your frame horns (not difficult). If you live in Az obviously i'll make the modifications myself if you need (sorry non Az Crewers but i can't be everywhere).

I searched but didn't find anything for modifying the 2.8L frame horns? Are the bumper mounts different between U.S. SRs and overseas gen 2s?
When do you think the bumpers would ship? I'm only in AZ for about 45 more days.

Thanks LT, That's it.
There's a write up here on the 4x4wire about installing Australian market bumpers on US Monteros. Basically you strip off the brackets they added to the frame and then the bumper bolts on.

Until i get them in my hands pictures are limited, sorry about that. As it is i'm trying not to post up any pictures that don't belong to me on this subject. As LT said though on the Gen 2.5 it will look exactly like the above picture except with steel blister fenders instead of fender flares, 2 bar grill instead of 3 and clear headlamps.
