Need a Spot
New member just wanted to introduce myself. I've been lurking on this forum since I purchased my Raider a few months back and have used this vast wealth of knowledge to take care of a number of various issues. Wonderful site.
My Raider's engine top end was supposedly rebuilt 5,000 miles ago and runs fine with no oil leaks. The PO had a brand new Weber carb that he had not installed that I have since installed. Made a world of difference. Followed directions from multiple posts here to do the install; helped a lot.
In addition to my Raider, I have also been lucky enough to be able to find another virtually identical one as a donor vehicle. Only thing wrong was a bad motor, but the rest, including the transmission seems to be in great shape and I have already used parts on my running Raider.
Have a few things that I need your input with that I will post shortly.
Once again, great forum.

Oh Bog, another Cajun, like Sparky, who won't send me boudin or share his recipe for crawfish gumbo or nutria etoufe' or tell me how to win at bourre' or teach me the words to Jolie Blonde...

Welcome aboard. Parts trucks are very nice to have, if you have reasonable neighbors...
