yup it takes it off so easy but not so much the stuff over the rear wheel wells. you can buy blocks of it at walmart pretty cheap. just break it up and lay it on the deadener and you will hear it crack as it freezes then take flat screwdriver and hammer and smack it and it just flies off...side not wear safety glasses.

I used the HNR too - 4 coats. And gun shot is pretty accurate. What's next on the list?

well i got these exhaust manifolds in the mail...i also have 4 kyb gas adjust sitting in the garage and hankering to buy some ome springs. I'm also playing with idea of Honda element seats for the front. also want to make bull bar for the front stock bumper as its a pretty tough bumper. oh and my sunroof dosen't open.
