Here is my theory...hope its right.

On the passenger side bank, the manual says you need to hold the cam sprockets when installing the T-belt. Yet, I didn't need to do this. Considering that I have spark, fuel and timing correct I am thinking I reversed the cams.

I looked at the pics...I am going to compare them to my spare set of Cam's and see if I can find the smoking gun.
