Poor workmanship - see if you have something like the BAR Bureau of Automotive Repairs in your state - most states do and they a God when it comes to this....in CA an estimate cannot be exceeded by a penny..... + with the now present condition of the vehicle you have a strong case.....especially if they have had complaints before....that's one way you can track a business before using them for the 1st time......I used to assist the BAR in CA from time to time.....they hold the power of life and death in the repair industry......
