I have an 89 Raider SWB with a 3.0, and the turn signals don't work. They did for a short period of time two days ago when I bought it, but now nothing. The hazards work, although sometimes they start off as just one side then both. I verified the fuse is working and replaced the EL12 relay under the dash. I hear there are two of them; what is the other one? I just see one.

Any tips? I'd prefer to avoid replacing the turn signal switch itself unless that's the issue.
