For jsut the oring, remove the throttle and tv cables with the bracket and lay to the dside. Remove the coil bracket/PT and lay to the pside. Remove the accordion hose from the TB and valve cover connections. Disconnect ISC and TB plugs. Remove two nuts on studs, two long bolts, and 4 medium bolts and lift up upper intake. If you have small vac lines on dside, disco. Ditto vac lines at TB, sometimes. Lay upper intake to pside. Take out 4 bolts and fiber spacers and lift off fuel rail to pside. Remove lower intake nuts and washers, and lift out lower intake. Pipe is now exposed, retained by bolts on the back of pside head. Remove bolts and slide pipe out the rear. Note oring on front end of pipe. Replace that oring, and reverse steps to reassemble. You'll need a pair of lower intake-head gaskets and a lower/upper intake gasket, and some Indian Head or other copper bearing gasket goo.
3-4 hours is a good time frame.
For wster pump, you have to pull the a/c compressor and bracket, fan shrouds, fan, fan bearing bracket, idler pulley bracket, timing belt covers, crank pulley and probably the radiator to get at the belt and idler and water pump.
Water pump comes two ways. One, you get just the front casting of the pump with impeller and seal and pulley, and the cast iron rear half is reused. Two, you get the whole front and back of the pump. The halves are secured with one large phead screw, and you really need an impact driver to remove it.
Removing all this other stuff is another 2-3 hours or so, minimum
