 Found a Diesel Gen 3 for sale

Need some guidance here before I call this guy to see what I should be looking for on this thing. It's what appears to be a 2002 - 03 Diesel Pajero with all the options, Navigation, etc.. and supposedly titled in North Carolina. It's in the shop after getting fuel lines replaced and a new injection pump after some issues? They can't seem to get it running right now thinking it's timing, or clogged injectors. Not to rain on your parade, but this vehicle may not even be here legally, so make sure you get an official state inspection before handing over any money.

I'd be all over that thing!! Too bad it's not a shorty though.
If it has Tags on it, it's good to go as far as I'd be concerned.

I'd be all over that thing!! Too bad it's not a shorty though.
If it has Tags on it, it's good to go as far as I'd be concerned. It's been registered before. My friend that turned me on to it had ridden in it after it was fixed the first time before the 2nd pump went bad and said it is a power house. I didn't know they had two pumps on them, unless it's like my Saturn with direct injection with a low pressure and a highpressure pump.

Left Hand drive. I am considering a 4 hour drive with some cash to go check it out this weekend. Sucks it doesn't run 100%, I'm sure it'd have no problems towing my rental car back with it <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/lol.gif" alt="" />
