Eeeeeh, diesel gen 3 is cool, but in the end, it's still just a gen 3. Montero mini van, good for the wife. Save your money for the gen 2.

I'd approach with caution, the 4M41 is more problematic than the older 4D56 and 4M40, it has all the DID stuff to go wrong. Injectors go bad, high pressure fuel pumps cost ridiculous ammounts of money and then there is the usual ammount of sensors and plumbing that go with new age diesels.
The average Joe can fix up a 4D56 with minimal diesel knowledge but the 4M41 isn't something you throw yourself at as a backyard mechanic since it's fully electronic.
