IMHO, Napa and O'Reiley's provide decent parts. Brake rotors can be resurfaced by any machine shop with proper equipment. However, there is a limit to the amount that can be shaved off and still retain safe stopping capacity.

Again, replacements are readily available. I tend to try Napa as first source as they are generally better stocked. That is dependent on store size as the one I go to is big while there is a closer one that does not have the in stock selection.
