I have a complete rear axle from a 96 or 98 Mitsubishi Montero SR. It is airlocker axle 9.5" ring gear and has 4.63:1 gears. (51 ring, 11 pinion).

The only thing missing is one set of brake pads and a couple nuts.

Located in SLC, Utah
asking $200 or best offer.
I can ship on your dime and I accept PayPal, Cash, or Money Order (provided it clears the bank).

This is a great upgrade for your Montero and the third will bolt into most of them.

Do you have the airpump/pressure regulator/release valve combo?

No I don't, but just bench testing the locker it only took between 10-15psi to actuate it. A guy I knew used a $15 fish tank pump to engage his. Or it should be easy enough to use a $4.75 HF regulator off another air supply on your vehicle. HF Regulator

And does anyone know of a place to find the yoke that mates up with the 1st gen drive-shaft?

it's been a while since i've done it but i think you just need to redrill the bolt holes for the V6 driveshaft, if it's 4 cylinder and you want to swap it in you will need to drill new holes then machine a recess into the side of the yoke to clear the washers.

I had an axle shop put the SR set up from the SR driveshaft on my Gen 1 driveshaft. The SR has bigger u-joints. Actually kept everything to see if I can go with the SR front set-up on mine, the u-joints are a lot beefier.

I have shipped a bunch of axle before and the best way is to ship them freight: Strapped to a pallet.

I sent you a shipping quote.
