Update: I saw in another post that someone unplugged their IAC and was able to set the idle manually, so I unplugged the IAC and the raider fired up and seemed as though it was running a lot better, but I need to figure out how to set the idle speed( the thread did not explain how to do this), with the IAC unplugged will the idle still lower on its own as it warms up or will it just be set at a static idle speed without that Idle valve? I guess i will look into the fsm for setting the idle speed or will that even be in the fsm?
