Oem mitsubishi parts site will show the part but after you place your order you will get an email saying the part is no longer available . I had the same problem finding a regulator, I bought a 1989 mitsubishi mighty max (ram 50) drivers regulator. It looks similar ,you will have to drill a couple holes to relocate but will work. Other than a used doner you won't find new.
