Better than ever! Idles smooth, pulls strong, I'm very pleased. Thank you.

Aside from the fuel return line issue (got reconnected to the EGR valve on the intake manifold by mistake), all I've really had to do is break the throttle cable loose and retighten to get the idle below 1000rpm. Think I might need to adjust the dashpot and enrichment settings, though, as I'm getting 10-20% worse fuel economy. Unfortunately, the FSM says nothing about which way you turn those screws to increase/decrease things.
