Thanks for the offer - very much appreciated. I found one for $20 at the local O'Reillys, and modified it already.

Got the 10.9 bolts at the local True Value. They aren't fine thread, but I bought new nuts and lock washers along with the bolts, so I'm all set ($35 total - I'm sure I paid too much too). Got the hub/rotor assembly mounted (with the bearings repacked with new grease, and a new inner seal), and the proper tension set. The mosquitos came out shortly thereafter, and I went in before putting the manual hubs on. Will try and get to that later this week.
