"I" dont hose the auto hubs out with brake cleaner .."My" feeling is the B/C waters down the grease thats hiding in the hub that you cant get to on the repack... I wipe as much as I can out and repack the hub ... Ive done hundreds over the last 30 years as the day job is a mechanic....
