The turbo swap to the Raider had to be in late 93 early 94 since that was when I moved to the west coast. The turbo Arrow was at around three years before that. The Arrow started to rust pretty badly so I moved the Starion engine from the Arrow to the Raider.

There were a couple of others that did similar swaps around that time, the guy from vermont ( he used to post on here and I'm blanking on his name), and the mechanic from the mitsubish race team.
