Not that you guys are tops, and pioneers in every sense... OldColt did his circa '89-90 I believe. It was an 87 he bought nearly new and swapped about two years later.

Speaking of turbos and OldColt, I finally got my SWB back on the road after too many years sitting in the garage/yard waiting for me to get motivated to dealing with it running hot. Charlie modded a Griffin aluminum rad for me and life is good. Or, it was good. Put about 100 local miles on while running through a tank of now crappy Egas. The other day the PS rear shock mount broke off the frame. Not sure yet if it can be patched together. If it can't, it will be the end of my turbo SWB, as I have no appetite or time to do a frame swap. If I am going to spend that money and time, it would go towards something else car-related.

Keep your fingers crossed for me. All these years of it waiting for me to start driving again, and it would be such a downer if I don't...
