That's good to know, about the window not working unless it's running. I may just have to build my own harness. So you guys think mitsubishi made different body harnesses depending on options? I was thinking there could be an unused connector on mine that would allow the overlay or"add on" harness for those options ex. Pwr window and locks? Thats how most manufacture's do it now. Too bad I can't find a 89 v6 with those options I could just pull the whole body harness and plug and play. Maybe cut holes for the jamb. When I converted my 87 2.6 auto trans body to go on the 89 v6 manual trans frame I took the donor harness and just rewired the body due to the cluster and EFI for the lamps like check engine. also the spot for the clutch master was stamped already on the 87 body but I needed to just cut the holes and install. So figured they would make one body harness so what ever options could be added on the line, instead of having multiple harnesses made. Sounds more expensive from a manufacturing standpoint. Also my 89 donor did not have power locks, however I have two unused connector for the locks and relay under the center console? Sorry if I'm rambling, drinking whiskey!
