No stress, to often things are mis-read or mis-understood. I appreciate all tips, advise and so on. I am going to go to the local auto parts store to see if they have a few Heater cores that look like they will work on the internet (sizes and pictures look good) I will advise when I have more information hopefully tomorrow, but I do agree with you Ryany, we need a core that will be around for along time and very economical. Both points were exactly what I was thinking too.
Also just to add to this, I will be doing so type of DIY but trying to think about the best way, as I have see other DIY's and the pictures are no longer available. This has made me (and probably will) want to do a youtube video, this way it will stay up for ever.
Any thought?

Unfortunately, the ever-fickle ASA program says that information is not available for that VIN.
I applaud your after-market efforts as well.

The one I have looks like this: Heater coreMy version of ASA lists MB813485 as the correct part number for your VIN assuming you have the original heater core case. Vehicle info: VIN- JA4MR41R5VJ005881, Model - V45W, class - RHVL7M, Option - A70, Exterior - R3EB, Interior - 59V, build date - 1996092 PM me if you want it.

Close, but nope. The tube that has the bend is longer. I spoke with a guy who said there are 3 different cores all having the same dimensions, but different installment steps and tube hook ups for my generation. Im getting closer to a matching heater core. Its looking like a core from a Ford or Toyota. Cleaning all the parts today and tomorrow and running some wires while the dash is out. They cores should be here this weekend or monday. Ill keep everyone upto date.
just as a heads up (and can only speak for my set up) but the core shown above in the like may work, BUT the tube that has the bend will make you litterally remove EVERYTHING. Thats what im trying to eliminate and get a core that is available and economical.

Maybe, maybe not. Doing that means you are opening up the a/c system and will have to have it evacuated and recharged.

So I'm all for preventative maintenance. However, when it comes anything related to the A/C system, I would rather let the pros deal with that. I am advising you to avoid releasing the coolant fluid in lieu of replacing the evaporator. Those things don't really tend to wear down anyway unless it is exposed to atmosphere for prolonged periods of time.
Have you had any problems with leaks in the A/C system? If so, replace the evaporator and all seals on the hard lines. If not, don't worry about changing it out.

The above looks close and maybe great, but my curved tube doesnt have the bump to keep the heater hose on.... wih that being said I found a winner.
Before I go on I am posting a disclaimer. This is a custom job and it will not be perfect. Im just tired of looking for a new oem that is easy to replace and easy to get. With that being said im going to start with the Spectra 94601, you can get it for any where and cost ranges from $25 -$55. It comes from alot of Dodge and Crysler vehicles form 86-90. I did a quick search and found a 89 Dodge Caravan that uses it.
Down side. Its about 1/2 inch short and will require some sponge like foam insulation, (comes with the core)
Upside, everyone and their moma has this heater core, and alot of vehicles use it so it wont be discontinued any time soon. Some venders have a lifetime waranty, I got mine from OReilly's for $32.99 and it has the lifetime waranty.
Things to consider, get new heater core tubes (the ones that go thru the fire wall, or just connect heater hose and make it work. I am getting new tubes made because I want a more permanent fix, and it will look better.
Any one around the Sacramento Area that needs help in doing this procedure I will be more than willing to help out, the FSM (field sercice manual) makes it look harder than it really is.
Im also in the process editing the video for this diy, should be done in a few days... Thanks again for all who have helped and offered there advise. Oh and last point I will be doing the evaporator, will expalin why more later
Thanks again.
