What I do when I'm not sure what I'm getting into before taking apart something is look at both the FSM and ASA/Caps tool that are found at Mitsubishilinks
You can look up the part numbers found in ASA at a lot of places like rockauto and napa.
Looks like two seals on the right side and one on the left for front axle plus the pinion seal.
Two seals per side on the rear axle plus one o-ring per side and the pinion seal. The pinion shaft nuts are not suppose to be reused either. Would help you with the PNs but my V6 may be different as the diffs are a different size. I would use rtv on the carriers and diff cover. They have a blue rtv for cold temps, haven't tried it myself but haven't heard anything bad about it. Either way letting it cure overnight before refilling the diff can't hurt.
