I kinda feel like if you want real baby Limburger or a good hearty Brick, you basically have two choices. Gibbsville or Baumgartner's. A couple other people make a fair brick but they're basically mild white cheddar and miss the point of a real Brick.

So if you're up in Sheboygan falls anyway and then you think, MAN I NEED UNLIMITED PIZZA AND UNLIMITED POTATO WEDGES AND SALAD!!! where else are you going to go?

I've never been over to Waupun but I spend time in New Glarus a lot for some reason or other. I'm a taco man through and through so the West is where I belong but nobody can touch Wisconsin's cheese game and you guys are just outta' control on beer. The average quality of American beer and cheese would drop by half if Wisconsin closed up shop and that's a fact.
