Ok guys so I rethought this a bit after posting. Going to use a 10" pusher & a 16" puller. A 16" pusher will cover my aux trans cooler and possibly over cool the trans. My trans fluid runs only to the aux cooler now. Doesn't flow through radiator anymore.
So after some searching the "pro comps" seem ok to use. Although I'll be using this guy for my pusher. Claims 2300cfm.. I don't know how true that is. But the place selling them is an actual shop that sells everything from oil filters to full 800+hp crate motors. I feel safe with it. Worst case it doesn't do enough and I return it for a bigger better spal or flex-a-lite.

I may see if I can get a 12" to fit without cover my trans cooler. Fit the biggest possible would be the best.
http://www.ebay.com/itm/SUPER-10-REVERSI...9c1&vxp=mtrNow for the electrical. This is using a stock 192* tstat. Would I want a 200* on 185* off? Or a 210* on 190* off? I'll be tapping the sensor directly into the tstat housing like Everet did.
I will also be wiring this to a manual switch. That way I can turn it off for water crossings & on whenever I feel the need. To add to this, I'll be adding red led indicators to both fans, whenever they turn on the led will power up letting me know both fans are on & working.
The smaller pusher fan I'll just tap into the factory wiring. As well as add a switch to power it on & off manually. This way I can turn it on whenever I need on a trail to aid cooling.
