Body Damage is Cool

So now I am trying to figure out what to do. Rebuild the engine with well over 300,000 miles. Somebody offered a block with 180k. that I would to go home to PA to get. My truck was running fine. Oil is OK. Runs except on 1 cylinder down and smokes like a fog machine.
