I bought the Dakota digital DSL-1 interface. My alternator (came new with the crate motor) doesn't have the "W" input, just the S and L. Can somebody that has used the Dakota tach interface explain how they set theirs up? Is there an additional sensor needed? Maybe off the injection pump like the stock diesel tach?
